HR Manager
Position Description:
The Human Resources Manager is an integral leadership role within the Alliance Medical Agency. Our HRM is accountable for managing all items connected to the success of our people at Alliance Medical. They accept full responsibility for the team to follow the standard operating procedures of Alliance, and they are expected to cultivate a positive team culture within the Agency. General Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Manage open enrollment and benefits inquiries.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, Arthrex Code of Conduct, and company policies.
Act as a liaison between management and employees.
Supervise the Administration Team through event and office coordination.
HR Systems Management:
Manage and maintain HR systems, including ADP and BambooHR, to ensure accuracy, and State and Federal compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the HR systems and employee inquiries.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Use the Predictive Index software to assess potential candidates.
Collaborate with department heads and our outsourced recruiter to identify staffing needs.
Design and conduct effective onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure smooth transitions for new employees into the company culture and operations.
Employee Relations
Manage employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
Foster a supportive work environment through effective communication and conflict management.
Conduct quarterly employee satisfaction surveys with follow-up action plans.
Performance Management
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews on the Administrative Team.
Support managers in evaluating employee performance.
Provide coaching and support to supervisors and team leads.
Training and Development
Identify training needs across departments and coordinate relevant programs.
Design and deliver HR and Arthrex Compliance trainings.
Support career pathing and leadership development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Collaborate with the finance department to implement bonuses and acts of kindness.
Provide guidance to employees on benefit programs and enrollment.
Compliance and Recordkeeping
Maintain current knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Colorado and New Mexico.
Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records.
Prepare and submit all compliance related items to Arthrex.
Stay up-to-date on all compliance topics and distribute to employees.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
Strategic HR Initiatives
Participate in organizational change efforts and strategic planning.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
Professional Conduct
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Demonstrate ethical behavior, integrity, and accountability.
Continuously seek professional growth and industry knowledge.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, account creations and orientations.
Assist with the offboarding process, hosting optional exit interviews and ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in an HR role, with experience managing HR systems (ADP and/or BambooHR experience strongly preferred).
1+ years of managing a team of 2 or more people.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
Knowledge of Predictive Index software is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Expected Salary Range: $65,000 - $115,000 based on experience

Orthopedic Senior Sales Leader, Extremities/Trauma
The Extremities & Trauma Senior Sales Leader primary function includes assisting in sales and providing technical support for Arthrex Extremities & Trauma products. This includes, but is not limited to, specialty plates and screws for fractures and fusions, intramedullary nailing, external fixation, biologics, and soft tissue repair products. The E&T Sales Leader will be the technical expert for these products within the Agency and will use their knowledge to educate customers, support Agency employee development, and consult with surgeons in the operating room. You will work closely with Arthrex Corporate Sales Managers to help drive national, Regional and Agency sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying opportunities within the agency territory for which you are responsible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
Create and submit team quotas to executive sales leadership, including vice president and agency owner.
Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs to drive product adoption, use and brand awareness.
Support and assist product managers with anything they need to establish quotas to be submitted to the vice president and agency owner.
Devise and implement plans and meetings that hold all levels of the team accountable for staying on target with quota achievement.
Identify new prospects' needs and develop appropriate written, telephone and face-to-face responses.
Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions as they become available.
Receive coaching, training or mentoring from director of sales; transfer knowledge to other managers, sales representatives and sales associates as needed.
Lead by example. Demonstrate proper time and sales initiative use. Constantly analyze sales performance and opportunities for growth.
Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills and the ability to manage responsibilities under strict deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of distal extremities and/or trauma experience
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic/sports medicine market
Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications as it relates to surgery and procedures
Prior sales experience is a plus
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

About the role:
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within his or her team’s assigned territory. Sales Representative must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market leading product portfolio. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments.

Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
